Fees
Pay-per-page is the new black. Prywes, PC recognizes that entrepreneurs and artists in search of an attorney want to see what their hard-earned money pays for; with this law firm, you pay by the page ($110/page for review, $100/page for drafting), or you pay by the negotiation. Or you pay a flat rate for our concierge membership services, which has a number of built-in benefits: unlimited workday access to an attorney, free pages for review or drafting, and a discount on additional legal services.
We prefer not to charge our clients by the hour. Nonetheless, some clients may prefer that we charge an hourly rate. Our hourly rate is: $345/hr. We prorate every 15 minutes when charging by the hour. We prorate to a half-day when we provide in-person negotiations on your behalf with the authorized representative of another party.
You may, instead, choose from our "menu" of options. This is, by no means, an exhaustive list, and we will work with you to tailor an affordable and effective package of services (prices effective through 7/31/17):
